Con la nota prot. n°75649/RU del 6/9/2011 la Direzione Centrale Accertamento e Controlli dell’Agenzia delle Dogane ha stabilito, a far data dal 1 gennaio 2012, la non ulteriore applicabilità del consumo specifico previsto con il telex prot. n°2768/7/VII del 5/6/1998 con il quale gli esercenti gli impianti di cogenerazione procedevano all’accertamento e alla liquidazione dell’imposta ...
