Adesione al “decreto stoccaggi” (D. Lgs. 130/10): chi può aderire, in che modo e con quale convenienza

Come avvenuto diverse volte già a partire dal 2004 (attraverso le così dette “gas release”) il Ministero per lo Sviluppo Economico ha posto a carico di ogni operatore gas con quote di mercato superiori al 40% (di fatto Eni) di trasferire delle economie verso altri operatori o clienti finali.
